Here are my two girls right before we hit the GBC pool with Meemom. Elle is doing such a great job in the pool. Lily got I for the first time today. She seemed to like it. We have to find a way to stay cool, and the pool is our favorite way. We love Summer!

Father's Day & KC BDAY

Happy Father's Day to the best baby daddy ever.  We love you and appreciate you so much.  My girls are so blessed to have you as their Daddy.  The fact that you choose to spend so much time as a family is a blessing in itself.  We have so much fun with you Daddy.  We are proud to call your our own.  Elle made mosaic stepping stones for her Daddy this year.  One of them has her handprint on it and the other one has Lily's foot print on it.  She had lots of fun making it.  I think it will be around for a long time.
 Saturday night we went to Yamato's to celebrate Boopies bday.  Dominic (in from the ATX) and Rob joined us.  We had lots of fun and Elle wasn't nearly as petrified of the cooking on the hibachi table as she normally is.  She referred to the fire as a a "baby fire".  On Sunday we laid around and relaxed.  Daddy was able to watch some golf and clock some virtually nonexistent couch time.  Sunday evening we had a taco night celebration to honor David for fathers day and KC getting old.

Literally Elle

On the way to shrimp and stuff and we are discussing what elle should eat. I presented her with her options: "shrimp, chicken fingers, maccaroni". Elle responded with "Yuck Momma! Chicken fingers, NO!" and then proceeded to examine her own fingers very quickly. When I restated it and asked her if she wanted chicken strips she quickly stated yes.
